Rotary Mono block type Rinser, filler and capper

Machine is controlled by locally supported OMRON PLC and HMI
Filling speed of up to 5000 bottles per hour on still water in 500ml PET bottle using the 16 head machine
Neck handling is used
Filling nozzles are actuated by the containers and therefore have a built in no bottle no fill function
Filling level is adjustable with a filling tolerance of ±5mm
All parts in contact with the product is manufactured entirely from stainless steel
Machine suitable for 300ml-2000ml
Change parts are required for different bottle size
